5 Star Service Department! Tom and his crew really go above and beyond when helping me out! I manage a repair facility in Iowa, about 30 minutes away, and we use them for parts and work only a dealer can do! It's worth the drive!!
I've taken away my previous 4-star rating. When we bought our new car and van (on the same day), we received very good service. But now that good service is history. We are often treated like idiots by the service department. Recently we had a small coolant leak. We were told there was no leak and that we were imagining an odd odor. Several weeks later we were still smelling the odor. When the service department looked at it again they suddenly discovered a leak and charged us a couple hundred dollars.... on top of the charges from the previous visit. We were made to feel as if it was a mistake on our part. Bottom line, the condescending attitude by the staff is tiresome and offensive.
Had recall, was told 3 different things by 3 different people.took car there on Fri.9.00am apointment and now it's Mon. and still not fixed. Dodge side is ok, not the GM side!

The water pump failed on my 3500 Cummins, I got it towed here. At first was not happy that they didn't have the parts in stock. But Beth in service was very nice and helpful. And the technician who worked on my truck was a good dude and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and went out of his way to help. They ended up being able to cover everything under factory warranty. Thanks again for your help and effort in getting me back on the road as quick as possible.
