My sister bought a GMC Terrain from Tom and has been very happy with her car until Thursday when a service technician made her very upset. He told her there was gas in her oil and her timing chain needed replaced.the warranty would only cover the timing chain. My sister took her car there for an oil change and to fix the windshield wiper dispenser not ejecting fluid. She has a 100,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper. My sister is having someone else research her warranty for the car. She also had a recall that the service manager Jeremy told her they usually don't do anything because everything is usually ok. The service manager was not there, nor anyone else she new at the time. I will retract this post if I find out this is what is REALLY wrong with her car. Lori McMahon

As an over the road hotshot driver, my truck is my lively hood. Every single employee treated me like family. They diagnosed my exhaust problems, fixed the issues and got me back on the road.
