We want to thank Ki and his employees for their quick response in putting in a new furnace for us.

Id give it 0 if I could! Very bad customer service/rude . I had a Geothermo furnace and called worth to diagnosis a it not cooling. I was told that compressor A quit working. So they were gonna give me a estimate on repair and replacing it since mine was over 15 years old. When I got the estimates I wanted to know how the came up with the repair figures ( breakdown of it). When I kept questioning it they told me take my business elsewhere! So I called another company and they said it was my compressed B not A. And if A was out the unit wouldn't run. So they misdiagnosed it. Then I get the bill, they were at my home for 2 hrs with a drive time to here at 1/2 hr. They billed me for 3 1/2 hrs, 1 hr to much. I called them on it and told them they misdiagnosed it. Needless to say I had to argue and still had to pay 1/2 hr labor I shouldn't of owed. Save the hassle go with another company!

The first service call was for our AC unit not working. While waiting for my AC unit to thaw, they did another job at the same time so I would't have to pay labor while it thawed (or so the tech said), but then seemed to charge me for that time. I hadn't paid close attention, so I didn't argue much but it seemed like he was not there very long once he came back. He said we had a "very slow leak" but he couldn't find it so he'd just recharge the freon and it should be ok for a "long time". Well, that was at the beginning of fall (oct) when we had an unusually hot week after things had started cooling off. Now it has warmed up again and surprise surprise, it doesn't work again. So, they apparently didn't fix it for whatever reason and now I need to have someone more competent come in and actually fix it so it won't just leak out again.

I've used their services twice and never will again. The second time is my own fault for giving them a second chance. But, I have never had such poor customer service as a whole or had a company that just did not care about customer satisfaction at all. They overcharge for their labor by adding way more time than just drive time with an already high labor rate.

The second time, a technician came out to fix an ejector pump which they said was broken and we needed a new one. He barely spoke to me or told me anything about what was wrong or what he was doing to fix it. The only reason I knew he was replacing the pump altogether is because I saw him carrying out the old one and then asked as he was about to go out the front door. Again, they rounded way up on time and I feel overcharged me. I paid closer attention to the time, but they include "loading and drive time" which gives them a little flexibility. However I can't imagine loading their truck and driving to my house that's no more than 10 minutes away took about 45 minutes-1 hour!

I used them for both plumbing and HVAC for my new house. They did an excellent job, were very pleasant to work with and could not have been happier. I have seen many plumbers jobs, and their work is exceptional and they go above and beyond to make the plumbing work exceptional. They have plenty of turn off valves installed, and they did installed a circulating hot water system into the home which works great. As far as the HVAC system, they put in a great efficient system that is very cost effective. They did a great job of calculating the proper air flow for the rooms that we have yet to have a problem with.

I sent a letter in with my payment for the second job, expressing my concerns about feeling like I was overcharged and that their technicians were less than informative. It had my name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and they didn't even acknowledge my concerns. No one at the company felt it necessary to respond in any way, which speaks volumes to how they do not value their customers in my opinion. It feels to me like they're so big and already make so much money that it's no concern to them if one customer unhappy. Had they at least attempted to acknowledge my concerns, I'd have felt much better about the situation. However, they did not bother and because of their lack of concern, terrible overall service, and very high labor rate, I would not recommend them to anyone!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The workmanship was great, the employees were extremely nice to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.
